40 Vol Cream Peroxide is designed be used with Jerome Russell B Blonde High Lift Powder Bleach for Permanent Shade Lightening, Lifts colour up to 8-9 shades.
WARNING: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Always do a skin and strand test. Contains Hydrogen Peroxide. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
