Here at Ballybrack Medical Hall we aim to provide you with high quality, practical and long-lasting products. We hope that you are happy with your order, however if an item is unsuitable or you have any problems with your item(s) you can return it to:

You may return unwanted or unsuitable items for an exchange or refund (excluding p&p costs) provided items are returned to us in a saleable condition, within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned items MUST BE unused and in their unmarked, original condition with all tags & wrapping intact. Any items that do not meet this criteria will NOT be accepted. 

No refunds on sale or promotional items.

If we are happy that the items meet the returns requirements, as stated above, we will refund you through the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation that your refund has been processed. 

You should allow 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Some banking institutions make take a bit longer.
