Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
If you are a consumer and purchase eligible goods from Ballybrack Medical Hall online, you generally have the right to cancel your contract without giving a reason.
For most goods, you have 14 days from the day you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
If an order contains multiple goods that are delivered separately, the 14-day cancellation period begins when the last of those goods is received.
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
How to Cancel
You can exercise your right to cancel using the online return and cancellation facility available through your Ballybrack Medical Hall customer account.
For items that have not yet been fulfilled, your account may give you the option to submit a cancellation request. For eligible items that have already been fulfilled or delivered, you can submit a return request through your account.
Through your Ballybrack Medical Hall customer account:
Sign in to your customer account heree, locate the relevant order and select the available cancellation or return option.
You can also exercise your right to cancel by contacting us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your contract:

Please include your name and order number where possible so that we can identify your order.
You may also use the Customer Cancellation Form provided below, but you are not required to use the form.
Your cancellation is made in time provided you submit or send your cancellation notice before the relevant 14-day cancellation period has expired.
If you experience any difficulty using the online cancellation or return facility, you can still exercise your right to cancel by contacting us using the details above.
Returning Goods After Cancellation
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.

You may return eligible goods directly to the pharmacy in person, in which case there is no return-postage cost.
Alternatively, you may return the goods by post or an appropriate carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your change-of-mind cancellation right, unless Ballybrack Medical Hall has agreed otherwise.
We recommend using a secure and trackable return service.
Condition of Returned Goods
You should take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
You may inspect the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
Refunds
If you validly cancel an eligible online order, we will reimburse the payments received from you for the cancelled goods, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional delivery cost.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. Where goods have already been delivered, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and you will not incur a fee from Ballybrack Medical Hall for the reimbursement.
Your bank, card provider or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund after it has been processed by us.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The statutory right to cancel does not apply to certain contracts and goods. Relevant exceptions may include:
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of your individual choice or decision;
- goods that are clearly personalised;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery; and
- goods that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Some medicines, healthcare, beauty or personal-care products may fall within a statutory exception depending on the particular product and its condition. We do not treat all products within these categories as automatically excluded from the right to cancel.
These exceptions do not affect your separate statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
Medicines
For safety and regulatory reasons, medicinal products that have previously been supplied to a customer cannot be returned to pharmacy stock for resale or re-supply.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights if a medicinal product supplied to you is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Goods
The right of withdrawal described on this page is primarily your right to change your mind about an eligible online purchase.
Separate statutory rights apply where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract. These rights are not limited by the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period described above.

Depending on the circumstances, your statutory remedies may include a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction. Nothing on this page limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
